Insurance brokerage WorldInsurance Associates reported that Inman Kircher McBride Agency, Inc. (IKM) of Harvey Cedars, New Jersey joined World on September 1.
IKM provides personal insurance programs for auto, home, coastal homes, seasonal and vacation homes and rental homes. IKM has years of experience serving coastal homeowners. The firm also sells commercial insurance.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
World Insurance Associates is headquartered in Iselin, New Jersey. Since its founding in 2011, World has completed more than 200 acquisitions and now has more than 250 offices across the country. World is ranked No. 20 on the Top 100 P&C Agencies by Insurance Journal, and ranked No. 20 on the Top 50 Personal Lines Agencies by Insurance Journal.
