The Andrew Agency has acquired Garriques, Lloyd & McMahon in Richmond, Virginia.
Founded in 1963, GLM Insurance is a third-generation family-owned agency providing personal and commercial insurance throughout Virginia and North Carolina.
The Andrews Agency is an independent agency based in Glen Allen, Virginia that serves the Mid-Atlantic region. The agency also has an office in Maryland.
“This acquisition is a strategic move, which will accelerate our growth strategy, and enable our team to provide greater value to clients, carrier partners, and the community at large,” stated Ryan Andrew, president of The Andrew Agency.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
