A worker died Tuesday after a house under construction in Massachusetts collapsed.
According to local police, Mario Diaz Obando, 29, of Fall River, died when the house being built on Vine Street in Weymouth collapsed.
Diaz and four other workers who were injured were taken to South Shore Hospital, where Diaz Obando died, officials said.
While winds were strong during the day, the cause of the collapse is unknown. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents, and State Police are investigating the incident.
