Lloyd’s, Computer Security Co. to Offer Hacker Insurance

Lloyd’s of London will soon offer up to $100 million in hacker insurance coverage to clients of Counterpane Security Inc., a computer security management firm based in San Jose, Calif. The coverage will be underwritten by Frank Crystal & Co. and SafeOnline, with additional coverage available from Lloyd’s.
