Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Group PLC will sell its subsidiary, Swinton (Holdings) Ltd. to MMA Insurance, a part of MMA Holdings UK PLC, for approximately 54 million sterling in cash. The net assets being disposed of are approximately STLG 25 million.
