The Association of Bermuda Insurers and Reinsurers has hired Bradley L. Kading to be its first president and executive director.
Kading is a well known and respected industry leader having served for 14 years as senior vice president and director of state relations at the Reinsurance Association of America and as chief operating officer of the RAA’s ReSources Division. Prior to the RAA, Kading worked for 10 years at the Alliance of American Insurers working on a variety of legislative and regulation assignments concluding as the Alliance’s director of government affairs.
Kading’s chief assignment at ABIR will be to advocate on behalf of Bermuda’s Class 4 companies in regulatory and industry forums around the world. Kading will work out of ABIR offices in Hamilton and Washington, DC.
