Willis Group Holdings Limited will release earnings for the first quarter ending March 31, 2008 after the market closes on Wednesday, April 30, 2008. Copies of the release will be available soon thereafter within the “Investor Relations” section of the web site at www.willis.com.

On Thursday, May 1, 2008, at 8:00 AM Eastern Time, Joe Plumeri, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Willis Group Holdings, will host a conference call to discuss the earnings results and business trends.
