Xchanging, the UK-based technology services provider, announced the expansion of its presence in Southeast Asia, with a “significant growth in headcount” and a new regional hub office in Kuala Lumpur.
“This expansion reflects Xchanging’s continued commitment to invest in the Asia Pacific market where it has been growing its customer base in recent years, fuelled by offshoring and expansion into the region,” said the announcement.
Xchanging Asia Pacific has 4,000 employees in 18 offices in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, India, and Japan, supporting around 250 clients in those countries and also in Thailand and Indonesia.
