UK insurer RSA announced that it has appointed Sean Lowther as its UK & Western Europe Chief Financial Officer. He has over 30 year’s financial experience in a variety of blue chip companies including AXA, GE and Ernst & Young.
Lowther has worked for RSA for seven years and is currently CFO for the company’s Emerging Markets businesses. He will take over his new position in May.
Adrian Brown, UK & Western Europe CEO said, “I’m pleased to have filled this role internally which is testament to the calibre of our people.” He also noted that Lowther “brings a wealth of finance experience to the UK. He has an excellent knowledge of the company and is a highly experienced CFO. I look forward to Sean providing a fresh perspective to my leadership team.”
