JLT Rebrands Bermuda Unit; Senior Management Changes Announced

Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc announced that JLT PARK will be rebranded as JLT Specialty Bermuda. This change became effective on March 1, 2015, subject to regulatory approval.

JLT also is announcing a number of senior management changes for its Bermuda unit:

  • Julian Garrish appointed as chairman
  • Andrew Love, who is stepping down as chairman, will remain on the board as a non-executive director
  • Anthony Rynne appointed as head of casualty
  • Kyle Adams joins the business from Aon Bermuda to become head of financial lines group.

These changes, which became effective on March 1, 2015, are aligned with JLT’s aims to grow its presence in key markets and strengthen its existing businesses, the company said.

Gareth Davies, currently CEO of JLT PARK, remains CEO of the rebranded business, JLT Specialty Bermuda.

Commenting on these changes, Davies said:
