The Strategic Independent Agents Alliance (SIAA), a national insurance agency distribution network, announced that the DiStefano Insurance Agency Inc. of Canal Fulton, Ohio, has established United Independent Agency Alliance as a Strategic Master Agency of SIAA.
The DiStefano Insurance Agency was founded in 1931 and has been operated by Lou and Clay DiStefano since 1979. The agency provides personal and commercial products.
Welcoming the new agency into the organization, SIAA chairman James A. Masiello said, “As an SIAA Master Agency, they will help roll out the SIAA advantages to those smaller agencies in their region that seek to retain their independence. Through the use of our turnkey program, they will see their own agency income increase and value grow, while being able to pass on benefits such as additional markets and commission/profit sharing overrides and growth bonuses to their own network Members.”
