Michigan-based Meadowbrook Insurance Group Inc. (MIG) named president and COO Robert S. Cubbin chief executive.
Cubbin will remain president but will relinquish the COO title to Joseph Henry, currently executive vice president and president of insurance company operations. Henry will also remain the company’s acting chief financial officer.
Cubbin replaces Chairman Merton Segal as chief executive.
