Schaumburg, Ill.-based Zurich North America’s Small Business unit has announced a new download capability that gives agents and brokers access to Zurich direct bill commission data.
This service is available to agents and brokers who subscribe to the Applied TAM version 6.0.3 or higher or the AMS AfW (4.5 or higher) and Sagitta browser agency management systems. Electronic commission download eliminates the need to manually input data in order to reconcile commission balances and wait for hard copies of commission statements to be mailed.
Participating agencies can download their commission data from Zurich Small Business at the close of each month in minutes, instantly updating their records in the process. Printed commission statements will continue to be sent along with commission checks.
Registering for the service is also easy. Agencies interested in participating need to contact Zurich N.A. Small Business directly at (800) 800-3907, selecting option “1” for Technology-related Questions and “2” for Download to Agency Management System to reach a customer service representative.
