William Tsibulsky Now Deputy Director of Ohio DOI

Ohio Department of Insurance Director Ann Womer Benjamin announced the promotion of Chief of Staff William J. Tsibulsky to Deputy Director in a move consolidating the chief of staff and deputy director positions.

Tsibulsky, a native of Hornell, N.Y., joined the department in January as chief of staff. He coordinates with the department’s assistant directors to ensure efficiency within the department and to formulate operational initiatives.
