Chicago magazine has ranked the commercial lines carrier Chubb Group of Insurance Cos. No. 2 out of the top 25 places to work in Chicago.
The magazine determined the 25 best employers in Chicago with the help of the Management Association, a nonprofit group that advises employers on human resources issues. The rankings reflect the quality of each company’s policies and practices in pay, benefits, perks, turnover, training and opportunity for advancement, diversity, work-life balance, employee voice in the workplace and community involvement.
Second only to a Chicago advertising agency, Chubb was recognized for its strengths in employee development, flexible work arrangements, employee diversity and community involvement in the magazine’s October issue.
