Atlanta-based Crawford Investigation Services, Inc., will discuss surveillance techniques during the Claims Association of Greater Chicago’s 2006 Spring Seminar at the DoubleTree Hotel in Oak Brook, Ill., April 19, 2006, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The session let by Maria Mastrandrea, qualifies for four continuing education credits for brokers and producers, will focus on fraud, red flags, investigative techniques, ways to ensure that investigators are armed with information, and uses for surveillance results.
Mastrandrea has eight years of experience in investigations as account manager/case manager. Previous experience also includes managing self-insured workers’ compensation programs and human resources generalist experience. Mastrandrea also holds a Fraud Claim Law Associate (FCLA) designation and is currently working toward her Senior Law Claim Associate (SCLA) designation from the American Education Institute.
