SeibertKeck, a northeast Ohio independent insurance agency has announced its recent merger with Best Hoovler McTeague Insurance Services (BHM), an independent property and casualty insurance agency headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. The merger is effective March 1, 2007
BHM’s Columbus offices will remain operational, and the company will operate as a subsidiary of SeibertKeck moving forward. BHM currently specializes in commercial and individual lines of insurance; the merger will allow them to expand and offer a broader range of specialty coverages, the company release said.
