William T. (Bill) Budde has been named vice president, Client Services and Solutions at Naperville, Ill.-based Insurance Information Technologies Inc. (INSTEC).
Budde has more than 25 years of experience with insurance companies such as Zurich and USF&G, global service providers EDS and Patni, and as a change management consultant to carriers and vendors alike.
Based on his experience as head of the Insurance Markets divisions of EDS and Patni, Budde will bring his experience in solution development and best practices to INSTEC, the company said.
