Aon Risk Solutions, the global risk management and insurance brokerage business of Chicago-based Aon Corp., has appointed Clyde Ebanks as chief operating officer of the Aon Global Client Network and Bruce Wineman tas Aon Global Client Network senior managing director for the U.S. and Canada.
Wineman will be based in New York and Ebanks will remain in Chicago.
With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Ebanks has worked on the underwriting and brokerage sides and provided counsel to all sizes of firms, ranging from the largest international clients with complex worldwide risks to organizations in their earliest phases of international development.
Prior to his current position, Ebanks led multiple regions and offices and served as COO of the network in the U.S., sat on the network’s global advisory committee and collaborated with many Aon Risk Solutions practices and disciplines on technical and operational matters.
After 30 years of experience on both the insurer and brokerage sides of the industry, including more than 20 with Aon, Wineman was previously co-chief operating officer for the Western region of the U.S. for the Aon Global Client Network and served on the global advisory committee during his earlier deployment to London as director of Europe for the network.
