Hylant, one of the nation’s largest privately owned insurance brokerage firms, appointed Matthew Dills as executive vice president of talent management.
Dills is in charge of employee engagement, recruiting, education, benefits, compensation and organizational development. Dills joined Hylant on Sept. 3 and works at its headquarters in Toledo, Ohio.
Dills comes to Hylant from Ohio-based First Solar Inc., where he has worked since 2007, most recently as global vice president of human relations.
