Kansas City, Mo.-based Lockton named Joe Agnello president of the insurance broker’s Kansas City property/casualty insurance operation.

Agnello, a 20-year Lockton veteran, succeeds Ron Lockton who will devote more time to clients and global business issues for Lockton.
Agnello will work alongside Rick Kahle, president of Lockton’s Kansas City benefits operation.
Agnello is just the fifth president of Lockton’s Kansas City P/C business. Founder Jack Lockton, Chairman David Lockton and longtime executive Grover Simpson have also held the position.
Lockton has more than 1,100 associates in Kansas City and global revenues of more than $1.1 billion dollars. Jack Lockton founded the insurance broker in Kansas City in 1966.
