Unified Investigations & Sciences Inc., a subsidiary of Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc., has acquired Stephen Ternullo & Associates, a provider of structural engineering, forensic investigations and fire investigation services to the property and casualty insurance market and architects, developers and property owners in the Michigan region.
Steve Ternullo, president and principal engineer, was appointed district manager of Unified’s Great Lakes region, based in Clinton Township. All other employees of Stephen Ternullo & Associates will stay on with the combined organization.
Unified Investigations & Sciences provides multidisciplinary engineering and forensic investigation services to insurance carriers, corporations and public entities.
