JLT Specialty USA, a U.S. subsidiary of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc. (JLT), appointed Matt Reese as senior vice president. He is based in Chicago.
Reese comes to JLT Specialty USA having led the Chicago operations for Hays Companies. Prior to Hays Companies, Reese was a practice leader for USI in Chicago, where he was responsible for leading, managing, and growing the commercial insurance operations.
