Ohio-based insurance brokerage firm, Hylant, named Spencer Timmel to the newly created position of vice president, Cyber & Technology Risk Practice leader.
Spencer speaks regularly on network security and privacy liability topics. He has shared his insights with the United States Treasury, American Bar Association, Association for Corporate Growth, Financial Executives International, Risk Insurance Management Society, Healthcare Financial Management Association and the NetDiligence Cyber Risk Liability Forum.
Spencer holds the Certified International Privacy Professional (CIPP) and Certified International Privacy Manager (CIPM) designations, both of which are recognized by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
