MJ Insurance Names Braden Pitts as Vice President of Technology

MJ Insurance, a risk management and employee benefits agency, has hired Braden Pitts as vice president of technology.

Pitts joins MJ Insurance with more than a decade of technical leadership experience and expertise in IT infrastructure management. In his last role, Pitts helped build dedicated service teams and worked closely with leadership as a trusted advisor for driving the success of the company’s IT function.

Pitts will be responsible for guiding and implementing the firm’s technology strategy and expanding its technological capabilities.

Based in Indianapolis, MJ Insurance is a commercial and personal insurance, risk management, retirement and employee benefits consulting agency that since 1964 has grown from a two-person start-up to an agency with more than 200 employees.

Arturo Adds Anita Tulsiani as Chief Marketing Officer

Arturo, an AI-powered platform that derives property insights and predictive analytics from aerial and satellite imagery, has hired Anita Tulsiani for the newly created role of chief marketing officer. Tulsiani will be responsible for building a world class marketing organization, with an emphasis on digital marketing, omni-channel excellence, and bolstering Arturo’s value proposition.

Tulsiani brings deep industry knowledge and strong business acumen in insurance, real estate, technology, and data and analytics. Tulsiani was previously the vice president of marketing for eXp Realty, a global real estate brokerage, where she was responsible for developing the overall value proposition and leading product marketing for the United States, Global, Commercial and Partner Program.

Chicago-based Arturo is a deep learning spin-out from American Family Insurance committed to delivering highly accurate physical property characteristic data and predictive analysis for residential and commercial properties for use in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, Reinsurance, Lending, and Securities markets.
