Relation Insurance Services acquired the assets of Kane Insurance Agency. The transaction went into effect on December 1, 2023 and terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Serving Illinois individuals and businesses for more than 60 years, Kane is located in Salem, IL and has been in the Kane family for three generations. Tom Kane will continue running the day-to-day operations at Kane as part of the Relation acquisition.

It is ranked by Insurance Journal within the top 25 largest agencies in the country by revenue and has approximately 1,300 employees across more than 145 locations nationwide.
