
Ryan Specialty, headquartered in Chicago, named new leadership within its specialty underwriting segment, Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers (RSUM).
Eric Quinn was promoted to executive vice president – capital and product strategy. Quinn joined RSUM through the acquisition of All Risks in 2021 and has been promoted through a variety of capital and program management leadership roles, previously serving as senior vice president of RSUM.

Brian Lillis is promoted to executive vice president – finance & corporate development. Lillis has been with Ryan Specialty since 2013 and has been promoted through a variety of financial and operational roles within RSUM, joining previously from the carrier community. Prior to this promotion, Lillis served as RSUM’s chief operating officer.

Thomas Cranley joins RSUM as chief operating officer. Cranley has served as head of transformation & integration on a contract basis for RSUM for the prior six months. Cranley has 30 years of industry experience, previously serving as head of the property and casualty insurance practice at Ernst and Young.
