DOXA Expands Executive Leadership Team

DOXA, headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana, hired five new executive leadership team members.

Matt Bishop joined the team as head of operating entities and business verticals. He has nearly 20 years of insurance leadership experience, most recently serving as CEO of AGIA Affinity, a DOXA Insurance Company.

Cindy Bush joined as senior vice president, people and culture. She has over 25 years of experience, including roles as senior human resources business partner at Farmers Insurance and director of human resources at Flagship Credit Acceptance.

Doron Hai joined as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Hai has over 25 years of experience as an operations and technology executive and private equity operating partner, including strategy and operations consultant at DH Consulting and vice president, portfolio operations, at Kelso & Company.

Ammon Smartt joined as general counsel and secretary. He has nearly 20 years of experience practicing law in several corporate fields, including but not limited to M&A, treasury, litigation, and regulatory matters. He most recently served as general counsel, North America, and global lead counsel, treasury, at WTW.

Amy Watts was named senior vice president of marketing. She has over 20 years of experience, most recently serving as chief marketing officer at AGIA Affinity.

JM Wilson Promotes Boles to Senior Personal Lines Underwriter

JM Wilson, headquartered in Portage, Michigan, promoted Lesley Boles to senior personal lines underwriter.

Boles is responsible for underwriting new and renewal personal lines risks and strengthening relationships with carriers and independent insurance agents in all states where JM Wilson writes business. She joined JM Wilson in January 2023 as a personal lines underwriter. She previously served as a claims service manager at Anderson Associates.
