CNA unveiled new online capabilities on CNA Central. The website features dynamic transactional tools and account management resources for a broad range of CNA products and services for the company’s U.S. insurance agents and brokers.
The new upgrades, partnered with present quoting, policy and billing capabilities, deliver a full-service online gateway to facilitate key stages of agents’ account life cycle. This cycle includes customer assessment, underwriting, quoting, issuance, and account maintenance. New features include:
— Online eligibility and pricing, which allows agents and brokers to quickly determine if a coverage is acceptable within CNA guidelines for BAPP, Commercial Automobile and Workers’ Compensation policies.
— Ability to request to issue a policy for BAPP, Commercial Automobile and Workers’ Compensation policies, which in many cases, completely automates and streamlines policy quoting and issuance.
— Policy information export to enable agents to quickly update their agency management systems, such as AMS and Applied. This function also reduces re-entry of issued policy information for BAPP, Commercial Automobile and Workers’ Compensation.
— Commercial Automobile Endorsement for processing most commercial auto endorsements online.
— One-on-one online chat capability with a CNA professional between 8 a.m. an 7 p.m. Eastern Time for real-time answers to specific eligibility questions concerning BAPP, Commercial Automobile and Workers’ Compensation policies.
