Investors Underwriting Managers has named Mike Kazanjian as associate vice president marketing. Kazanjian brings to IUM more than 20 years of experience in marketing and operations, serving the insurance industry.
Just prior to joining IUM, he was a consultant for Nationwide Insurance, where he assisted agents in the development and execution of business plans, market expansion endeavors and customer relationship management. There, he also helped develop best practices for Nationwide’s agency force.
A wholly-owned subsidiary of the Markel Corporation, Investors Underwriting Managers, Inc. in Red Bank, N.J. is a surplus lines insurance company that uses the wholesale brokerage distribution channel. Investors is comprised of seven product line divisions: Primary Casualty, Property, Excess & Umbrella, Environmental, Taxi Liability, Surety and Special Programs.
