Professional liability insurer Insight Insurance Services, Inc. has expanded its errors and omissions coverage for insurance agents and agencies and is now licensed to offer its product in 42 states and the District of Columbia through its parent company, the “A” rated Argo Group.
As part of this expansion, Insight also is providing a short-form application that will allow agents to receive an indication of terms within 24 hours. Insight also has launched an E&O telephone hotline for policy holders to obtain free advice and counsel on questions or concerns they have regarding coverage or risk management.
Insight’s E&O product is offered on an admitted basis in all states other than New York, California, Florida, Texas, Washington, West Virginia, Hawaii and Alaska.
Insight became part of the Argo Group in October 2008 when it was acquired by Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd. Insight operates as a separate professional liability underwriter under the company’s ArgoPro subsidiary.
