Novarica, a Boston-based insurance technology research and advisory firm, reported that Chuck Ruzicka has joined the firm as a vice president of research and consulting.
Prior to joining Novarica, Ruzicka was chief information officer and senior vice president of the Agency Markets division of Liberty Mutual, where he was responsible for global infrastructure software and security. He previously held the position of vice president at Progressive Insurance. In his career, he has served as CIO at several regional insurance companies and as a board member for mutual P/C, specialty lines and software development companies, according to the announcement.
