Huntersure Launches Media E&O Program for Media and Entertainment Risks
Huntersure, a Starwind Specialty underwriting business, announced the launch of its media errors & omissions (E&O) Program, expanding its professional liability capabilities with dedicated primary and excess solutions for media and entertainment risks.
The program provides up to $5 million in limits and is designed for a broad range of media organizations and professionals, including broadcasters, publishers, advertising agencies, authors, sports organizations, and producers.
Huntersure offers occurrence or claims-made primary media E&O forms, along with excess media E&O and the ability to consider blended E&O and cyber excess for media-driven risks.
Coverage can be tailored to an insured’s specific media content and operations, and includes open peril and duty to defend language with 100% defense cost allocation. Additional features include coverage for social media and advertising content, contextual E&O, contingent bodily injury and property damage, automatic additional insured coverage, and coverage for title, music copyright, film clips, and stock footage.
