The Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America has presented Patricia A Daniel of Extraco Banks N.A., dba Extraco Insurance with its National Accredited Customer Service Representative of the Year award.
Based in Waco, Texas, Daniel was awarded the 2009 Texas ACSR of the Year and recognized at IIAT’s 112th Annual Conference and Trade Show in San Antonio last June. Daniel is an ACSR specializing in life and health insurance. She oversees the employee benefits department for Extraco, serving as the in-house agent for hundreds of employees of the bank and agency. In 2008, Daniel was given a Top Financial Partners award by her employer for increasing employee benefits sales 246 percent over the prior year. She sits on the board of directors of the Heart of Texas Association of Health Underwriters and the National Association of Female Executives, Women’s Information Network.
