The Fort Worth Chapter of the CPCU Society (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters) recently qualified for the Gold level of the Society’s 2009-2010 Circle of Excellence Recognition Program. The program recognizes chapters for their efforts to achieve specific benchmarks in chapter performance.
CPCU Society chapters become part of the “Circle of Excellence” by completing activities that support the Society’s strategic plan, further chapter goals, and help to ensure members’ success. The Fort Worth Chapter will be recognized during the CPCU Society’s 66th Annual Meeting and Seminars, Sept. 25-28, 2010, in Orlando, Fla.
Members of the CPCU Society’s Fort Worth Chapter are involved in a number of educational, charitable and volunteer events throughout the year, including the annual CPCU Memorial Golf Tournament where funds are raised to assist UNT Risk Management students with scholarships each year.
