The Texas Department of Insurance Division of Workers’ Compensation has determined that the workers’ compensation discount and interest rate for April 1 through June 30, 2011, will be 3.74 percent.
The rate in effect for the period of Jan. 1 through March 31, 2011, was 3.8 percent.
The rate is based on the published constant maturity rate for one-year Federal treasury bills plus 3.5 percent.
