Esurance, the direct-to-consumer personal car insurance company, is opening a new office in San Antonio and will hire up to 150 new associates during the next 18 months, the company announced.
The company will be hiring customer service associates, managers, and trainers in San Antonio. Esurance offers car insurance in 35 states. Since being acquired by Allstate in October 2011, Esurance has grown to more than 2,300 employees across 16 offices nationwide.
The company offers an employee resource group called Esurance Veterans Engagement Team & Supporters (EVETS) dedicated to supporting the needs of veterans within the company, making Esurance an employer of choice for current or former military personnel and their families.
