Dallas-based BenefitMall, which provides employee benefits, human resources and payroll products and services, has appointed Todd Slawter as senior vice president of its benefit sales team.
Slawter will be working out of BenefitMall’s headquarters and will be responsible for all insurance sales and service including group, self-funded, senior and individual in offices located in 11 states serving 32 markets. Additionally, he will continue to manage the growth of BenefitMall’s Account Services Division, which provides resources to agencies, brokers, and consultants who seek additional support beyond traditional general agency services.
Slawter began his career at CIGNA Healthcare, where he spent 10 years in various sales and management roles. Throughout the following decade, he held regional and national sales leadership roles at Aetna.
Prior to joining BenefitMall, Slawter was senior vice president and national head of distribution for Aetna.
