NavSav Insurance Appoints Uminski to New COO Role

NavSav Insurance has appointed John Uminski as its new role of chief operating officer. Umanski comes to the Beaumont, Texas-based company following more than 25 years at Allstate.

Uminski’s began his career in claims at Allstate and went on to serve in numerous roles in the company. He joined the sales organization and became the regional sales director for Texas in 2012 and district sales director in 2020. Most recently, in 2021, Umanski became senior vice president of household sales for National General.

Bolander Joins Lockton as Senior Vice President of Regional Operations

Lockton Companies, based in Kansas City, Missouri, has hired Tyler Bolander to serve as senior vice president of regional operations. Bolander brings over 15 years of industry experience and is based in Lockton’s Dallas, Texas office.

Before joining Lockton, Bolander held leadership positions at several leading insurance companies, including Arthur J. Gallagher and Co. and, most recently, as managing partner and office leader for Mercer’s Dallas operations.
