Novatae Risk Group (Novatae), headquartered in Dallas, Texas, named Anju Arora to the newly created role of vice president of data, business intelligence and innovation. Arora will spearhead Novatae’s data-driven transformation, overseeing business intelligence, analytics and innovation programs.
Arora has over 25 years of insurance industry experience specializing in actuarial science, regulatory compliance and product development. Her expertise spans start-ups and established organizations, including, most recently, Ethos Specialty, part of Ascot Group. Before that, she held actuarial and consulting roles with AXA XL, The Hartford and Deloitte.
