
Brett Flagg, of Frisco, Texas, has been reappointed to the Texas Mutual Insurance Company board of directors by Gov. Greg Abbott. His board term for Texas Mutual—a policyholder-owned company and the state’s leading provider of workers’ compensation insurance—is set to expire on July 1, 2031.
Flagg is an attorney and owner of Flagg Law Group, PC. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas. Flagg has been a practicing attorney in Texas for more than 35 years. His practice focuses on estate planning, asset protection, probate and general business counsel for high net-worth entrepreneurs.
Texas Mutual’s board members represent a diverse mix of Texas industries and regions. The Governor, with the advice and consent of the Texas Senate, appoints five of the nine directors, including the chair. Policyholders elect the other four directors.
