All Risks Ltd., a national independent wholesale broker/ Managing General Agent headquartered in Baltimore, recently announced the acquisition of Overstreet and Newell in Atlanta.
All Risks Ltd. was founded in 1964 and provides insurance solutions to retail insurance brokers countrywide, with offices in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Arizona and Texas. According to the company, “Our operations are 100 percent Wholesale Brokerage in nature. The acquisition of Overstreet and Newell’s products and people solidifies All Risks’ presence in the Atlanta area by combining the capabilities of our markets and our staff.”
Overstreet and Newell will continue to operate from its current location at 4480 North Shallowford Road, Suite 222, Atlanta, Ga., 30338. The phone and fax numbers will remain the same (P: 770-351-0086, F: 770-351-9051).
