Atlanta-based Pritchard & Jerden Inc., named Brian Boro and Shannon Price as partners at their annual Board and Shareholder Meeting last week.
Boro and Price will also be added to the Board of Directors.
John Allan, Dave Mathews and Andi Schmidt have been promoted to Senior Vice Presidents.
Jon Nordin and Shannon Price have been promoted to Vice President.
Effective July 16th, Andy Dunagan joined Pritchard & Jerden as Commercial Lines Account Executives.
