Marsha Ayala has joined MarketScout’s Florida office as an underwriter.
Ayala’s hire is part of the company’s expanding activities in south Florida, where it is focusing on insurance for individuals with high net worth. She will work out of the company’s Miami office. Ayala previously worked at the Miami office of Brown & Brown of Florida.
The Dallas-based MarketScout operates the online MarketScout Exchange. In 2010, it launched a managing general agency, MarketScout Wholesale.It also owns Monster Energy, a Bermuda-based reinsurer.
