Baldwin Risk Partners, a Tampa, Fla.-based insurance distribution holding company, has partnered with Bradenton Insurance LLC, of Bradenton, Fla., adding the agency to its group of companies.
Bradenton Insurance has been a local independent insurance agency on the west coast of Florida since 1954. According to BRP, the partnership with Bradenton will bring in a substantial amount of support for continued growth in Bradenton and the surrounding markets.
The partnership was finalized on March 21, 2017.
Bob Wentzell, president of Bradenton Insurance, said the partnership with BRP brings new resources, technical capabilities, and broader market relationships.
Bradenton Insurance offers all lines of insurance through insurance partners.
Joe Finney, president of Mainstreet Insurance Group at BRP, said working with Bradenton will help the company “achieve our combined vision of growth in west Florida and the surrounding markets.”
