Atlas Insurance Management, a captive insurance management firm, has hired Spencer Caldwell as an account manager to its office in Charlotte, N.C.
Spencer previously worked as a captive financial analyst for the North Carolina Department of Insurance, in Raleigh, N.C.
As an account manager for Atlas, Caldwell’s duties will include reporting and reconciling account statements, investments and domicile reporting requirements.
Caldwell said he’s seen a high rate of growth within the industry since the popularization of captive insurance.
Atlas Insurance Management, established in 2002, is an independent insurance management firm focused on the formation and management of captive insurance companies for a diverse clientele. It provides consulting and management services in the major U.S. and offshore domiciles.
