One Call, a health care management firm for the workers’ compensation industry, has named Howard Cutler chief strategy and network officer.

The Jacksonville-based company said in a news release that Cutler will oversee One Call’s provider network, product management and marketing teams. He has more than 25 years of experience in health care management, most recently as senior vice president for payer strategies for VillageMD, a provider of primary care around the country. The role managed pay and cost of care for Medicare Advantage, commercial group and Affordable Care Act exchanges for some 4,000 physicians.
Prior to that, Cutler held leadership roles for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and for Aetna and Coventry Health Care, according to the news release.
