Clearwater-based CLC Insurance Agency has merged with ARCW Insurance, a Leavitt Group affiliate, the companies said in a news release this week.

CLC, founded four years ago by Crystal Callahan Lawson, now Callahan-Estes, will relocate to ARCW’s Pinellas Park offices. Callahan-Estes will serve as a commercial insurance advisor. She has more than 20 years in the business, the companies said.
ARCW Insurance was founded in 1989 and joined Leavitt Group in 2021. Leavitt Group, based in Utah, said it is one of the largest privately held insurance brokerages in the country, with a network of 90 agencies in 27 states.
