Corio Inc., an enterprise application service provider, announced that the California State Automobile Association (CSAA), the AAA affiliate serving over 4 million members in northern California, Nevada and Utah, has renewed its contract.
Since 2001, Corio has managed CSAA’s customer analytic application through its Full Service delivery model, an end-to-end solution that includes infrastructure and application management services for a fixed monthly fee. Corio’s application experts manage the complexity of the system ‘behind the scenes’ so CSAA can focus its resources on executing customer relationship and membership growth programs. Further, the account management team has served as a critical extension to the CSAA team, enabling effective customer programs through their technical and business understanding of CSAA’s systems and programs.
