The PIA Western Alliance Board of Directors has elected its first set of officers.
Formed in October of 2004, the Board of Directors consists of two officers from each of the four affiliate chapters that make up the Western Alliance: Washington/Alaska, Oregon/Idaho, Montana and the group states: Arizona, California, Nevada and New Mexico.
Each officer will serve a one-year term:
President—John Desmarteau—Beaver State Insurance Agency, Salem, Oregon;
President Elect—Leonard Freeman—Freeman & Pearce Insurance Agency, Orange, California;
Vice President—Kevin O’Connell—Talbot Hub International, Great Falls, Montana;
Secretary—Paul Fossett—The Insurance Exchange, Albuquerque, New Mexico;
Treasurer—Jack McCalmant—Big Bend Insurance Agency, Spokane, Washington.
The other members of the Western Alliance board are:
PIA National President Terry Adams of Reinholdt and O’Harra Insurance, Ashland, Oregon;
PIA National President-Elect, Ray Peretti, Hub Insurance Agency, Renton, Washington;
Richard Henningsen of the Henningsen Agency in Butte, Montana.
